ELIGIBILITY

1. Must be a local business or nonprofit in the following counties in Pennsylvania:

   • Lackawanna

   • Luzerne

   • Wyoming

   • Wayne

2. Business contact must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

3. Exclusions: affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of Master Shot Studios are not eligible to participate.

 

RULES

1. Participants must submit the Giveaway form online at www.mastershotstudios.com/giveaway.

2. Limit 1 entry per business. Multiple entries will be void and only be counted as a single entry. 

3. No purchase is necessary to enter to win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All Federal, State, Local, And Municipal Laws and Regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

4. Entry begins March 29, 2024.

5. All entries must be received by 05/01/2024 at 11:59 p.m.

 

PRIZE DETAILS

1. Full Video Production

   1. Concept Meeting up to 1 hour via Zoom or phone

   2. Storyboard/Script of 15-30 second video highlighting the business

   3. On-Site Production at business location for 1-3 full shooting hours to collect principal footage, B-roll, and still imagery.

   4. 15-30 second Fully Edited Video following brand specifications and storyboard which includes:

      1. 4K source file

         1. Royalty-free music track

         2. Sound design and mixing

         3. Motion graphics and transitions

         4. Color grading

   5. Post-Production Meeting up to 1 hour via Zoom or phone

   6. 2 Revisions

   7. 5-10 High Quality Still Images 

2. Prizes are non-transferable.

3. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.

4. Prize valid only in the year 2024. Video shoot must be scheduled and production completed in 2024. If not, it results in loss of prize.

WINNER SELECTION

1. Winner announced on May 2, 2024 on Master Shot Studios' social profiles

2. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

3. Winners will be notified within 24 hours after the Giveaway end date by email and phone.

4. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days after the first attempt of contact, an alternative winner will be selected from the eligible non-winners. 

 

PUBLICITY

By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Master Shot Studios, LLC to use their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional purposes without further compensation.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Master Shot Studios, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason.

2. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Master Shot Studios, LLC, which are final and binding.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Master Shot Studios, LLC is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.

 

DISPUTES

Any disputes arising out of or related to the contest shall be resolved individually and without any class action.

 

GOVERNING LAW

The contest is governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.
