Yes, absolutely! We need to prepare locations, timing, and any special requests. A 1 hour meeting is included in the package price.
Yes. If one of our conversations takes only 30 minutes, you still can use another 15 minutes, or 30 minutes for another chat. A 1 hour meeting time is included in the package price. Additional meeting times will be add-ons invoiced to you.
No. You can book a specific time where you want photos taken. For example, we will be there at the end of an awards ceremony to take individual and group photos. We do not need to be there for, say, a dinner. But hey, we love food too!
You can book up to 1 year in advance. Bookings are subject to a first-come, first-serve basis. If we are not available to day/time of your event, we cannot book.
After the event, we work to edit all images. Sometimes, certain events can have up to 500 photos. This can take time, but we always strive to deliver our best in a timely manner. If you need photos as soon as possible, we can add on a rush order to your invoice. All photos will be posted to a password-protected digital gallery on this site for download.
We provide you with both compressed images for the web, like social posts, and the highest quality images for print. We will include a print release. You can print anywhere you like.
Web Images: Compressed versions of the high quality print images. These will have a smaller file size to display quickly on a website or social media. These images are typically 1MB-2MB in size.
Print Images: Highest quality versions of edited photos that have very large file sizes. File sizes can range from 5MB-10MB. These photos can be printed on large canvases and still maintain high quality without pixelation or blurriness.
