It depends on how many VHS tapes we need to convert. Typically it is 2 hours per tape. We then store, convert, and create digital files on a flash drive or DVD.

You will receive them at time of final pickup/dropoff.
We will try our best to fix the film in the tape. However, we cannot promise full playback if the film was damaged prior in any way that prohibits playback. We will let you know if we run into this issue.
Yes, please! We ask that you have the labels you'd like us to name the digital files, such as 'Wedding 1999' or 'Family Movies 2002'.
